1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PromptlyPi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Content Ownership

You retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights to the content you publish on PromptlyPi. By publishing, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and monetize the content via our Read-Time Revenue system.

3. Monetization and Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on valid active reading time. We reserve the right to audit, adjust, or withhold payouts if automated bot traffic, self-farming, or other fraudulent activities are detected on your account.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, or plagiarized. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unwithdrawn earnings.
