1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PromptlyPi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Content Ownership & AI Usage

You retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights to the content and source code you build and publish on PromptlyPi. By publishing, you grant us a license to display and distribute the content via our global feed and shareable URLs.

3. Frictionless Creation

Users can test the AI builder and generate code without logging in. However, saving projects to the cloud and publishing content to the public feed requires a registered account and may be subject to moderation review to ensure a safe community.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not generate or post content that is illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit. Violations will result in immediate content removal and account termination.
